Our bodies carry our days. This practice makes room for both gentle movement and gentle honesty.
What to do
- 1Lay out mats or blankets on the floor.
- 2Stretch gently together — no instruction required. Move slowly and breathe.
- 3Take turns suggesting a stretch.
- 4Between stretches, take turns completing: “Something I’ve been carrying lately is…”
Why it may help
Gentle movement can help people notice and release physical tension, and naming what we carry can help us feel less alone in it.

Safety note: Move within a comfortable range. Stop if anything hurts, and consult a professional about injuries or limitations.
