Flourishing in spirit, soul, and body

Come Get Healthy With Me.

What if getting healthier didn’t have to be another individual project?

Health is easier to practice when we practice it together.

What is Play More. Thrive More.?

Experiential whole-person wellness — practiced together.

Most of us already know what we “should” do. Information can tell us what is healthy; experience helps us practice it. So instead of more advice, we offer simple shared experiences for couples, families, and friends.

What if some of our health and flourishing happened together?

The invitation

COME WITH ME.

Sometimes change begins not by telling someone what they should do, but by simply inviting them:

Come with me.

  • Come walk with me.
  • Come cook with me.
  • Come move with me.
  • Come rest with me.
  • Come get outside with me.
  • Come disconnect with me.
  • Come create with me.
  • Come breathe with me.
  • Come pray with me.
  • Come serve with me.
  • Come get healthy with me.

Whole persons, created by God

Flourishing in Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Caring for the body. Renewing the mind. Abiding in God. These dimensions are deeply interconnected — and each matters.

  • Spirit

    Our relationship with God

    • Abiding in God
    • Prayer
    • Scripture
    • Worship
    • Faith
    • Obedience
    • Life in the Holy Spirit
    • Spiritual community
  • Soul

    Mind, heart, and relationships

    • Mind
    • Emotion
    • Relationships
    • Identity
    • Attachment
    • Thought patterns
    • Creativity
    • Purpose
    • Restoration
  • Body

The body as a gift to steward

    • Movement
    • Sleep
    • Nutrition
    • Rest
    • Nervous-system wellbeing
    • Physical stewardship
    • Outdoor activity
    • Healthy rhythms

Whole-person flourishing means caring for all three without confusing their roles.

These dimensions are deeply interconnected, yet distinct. Physical health is not a measure of spiritual health, and spiritual practices do not replace appropriate medical or psychological care.

Biblical flourishing

What does it mean to thrive?

Biblical flourishing means becoming increasingly whole in the life God has given us — in spirit, in soul, in body, in relationship, and in purpose.

Health is not our god. Health is stewardship.

Thriving is more than…

  • Feeling good
  • Having energy
  • Optimizing health
  • Eliminating discomfort

Health helps us become more available to…

  • Love God
  • Love others
  • Serve faithfully
  • Steward our bodies wisely
  • Work, create, and rest
  • Worship and live with purpose

Meet the founder

Dr. Leslie Cary, PhD, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist · Educator · Author · Minister

After years of walking alongside couples and families, Leslie noticed that most people don’t need another list of “shoulds.” They need someone beside them. Play More. Thrive More. grew from a simple conviction: whole-person wellbeing and relationships shape one another — and health is easier to practice together.

Kingdom foundation

Life has a Source.

We do not manufacture life — we receive it. We do not transform ourselves through anxious striving; the Holy Spirit empowers growth as we abide in Christ and steward what He has entrusted to us.

Grace empowers growth. We do not strive to earn love — we grow from having received it.

We Thrive in Relationship.

Whole-person health and relational health affect one another. How we sleep, move, nourish ourselves, regulate stress, use technology, spend time outside, and structure daily life influences how available we are to the people we love.

Healthy relationships can also make healthy living more enjoyable and sustainable.
